I am Thomas Biggs.

 

As a creative, insightful, effective real estate consultant, I confidently work with the friendly, helpful professionals at RE/Max Town Center to allow my clients to achieve their goals.  For the past thirty amazing years, I have systematically and relentlessly focused my knowledge, skill, and expertise on compassionately serving my clients in the ever-expanding communities encompassing the Washington, D.C., area.  Working directly, hand-in-hand, with my clients as their listing agent or buyer agent, allows for straightforward communication, so my clients have a clear understanding of the many facets of the process affecting their desired outcome.  With unparalleled guidance and the treatment they deserve, our clients fully benefit from our conveniently located office, set in Park Potomac in Potomac, Maryland, along the I-270 corridor, at the Montrose Road interchange. 

 

As a second-generation real estate specialist, I have been able to bring insights to my clients, both from years of experience and from the dinner table, as the pets played under foot.  My mother, Ariel Biggs, was a thirty-five year veteran associate broker of the real estate industry providing an additional layer of discerning, thorough attention.  My father, Howard Biggs, constructed many of the well-known business and government structures in the DC Area and around the country.  You will find me to be probing, persistent, knowledgeable, and tenacious in helping you achieve your goal.

 

Because I feel my role is to serve my clients’ highest needs, elevate their understanding of the real estate process, and meet them at their highest level of self-awareness, I constantly strive to improve myself by seeking out specific training and achieving specialized professional designations.  I am currently licensed as an Associate Broker in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia.  I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRI®;)  Certified Buyer Representative (CBR®;)  Graduate Realtors Institute® (GRI®); an Internet Certified Professional (e-PRO®;) and earned the designation of At Home With Diversity (AHWD®.)  Experience, knowledge, training, committed awareness, lifelong residency in the Washington area, all represented by my special designations, give us the confidence and wisdom to carefully guide our clients toward achievement of their goals - whether selling a home, negotiating a purchase, or seeking clear counsel on specific real estate concerns.
